How it works

From your website to your inbox in four steps.

Everything below is the real product, not a mock-up. The signature shown is rendered live by the same engine the studio uses.

Step 1

Read my brand

Type your website. WickBrand fetches the page and reads it the way a designer would skim it:

  • Name from the page title or the site name tag.
  • Two colours: the saturated colours used most in the stylesheet, ranked by frequency, with washed-out greys ignored. The first becomes your main colour, the second your accent.
  • Logo from the header image, icon or social preview image.
  • Phone and address if they are printed on the page.
  • Social links: LinkedIn, Instagram, X, YouTube, Facebook, TikTok profiles, with share and login links skipped.

Nothing is sent to an AI. If a colour is wrong, tap the dot and change it; everything updates live.

Step 2

Pick a look and a layout

The studio shows four looks and five layouts as live thumbnails of your card, not stock samples. Tap one and the email preview on the right changes. Switch between desktop and phone width to see how it fits.

  • You: name, title, phone, email, and a photo. We crop photos square and store them at 240px so they stay sharp on phones.
  • Links: tap a network to add it; icons are drawn in your brand colour.
  • QR code: Save my contact (a vCard phones read in one scan), your website, or any link.
  • Promo banner: one line and one button, off by default.
Step 3

Copy it in

Get my signature gives you a permanent page for it. Copy signature copies the signature itself, the way a paste from a web page does, so there is no code to handle.

Gmail
  1. Copy signature.
  2. Settings, then See all settings.
  3. Signature, Create new, name it.
  4. Click in the box, paste, save.
Outlook (new and web)
  1. Copy signature.
  2. Settings, Accounts, Signatures.
  3. New signature, paste, save.
Apple Mail
  1. Open on its own page, select all, copy.
  2. Mail, Settings, Signatures, +, paste.
  3. Untick "Always match my default message font".
Copied. Paste into Gmail.
Step 4

Make it move

On your signature's page, choose a motion style. Animated card animates your mark, name, title and banner in the choreography of your look. Handwritten name writes only your name in a handwriting face that matches the look.

The result is a GIF that plays once and holds, with the finished card as its first frame. Contact lines stay as text. Frame by frame

Try it with your own website.

It takes about a minute, and there is nothing to sign up for.
