Will it work in Gmail and Outlook?
Yes. The signature is plain table HTML with inline styles, the same thing a paste from a web page produces. Web fonts show in Apple Mail; Gmail and Outlook fall back to a close standard font for typed parts, and anything inside the animated card is an image so it always looks as designed.
How do I install it?
Get my signature, then Copy signature. In Gmail: Settings, See all settings, Signature, Create new, paste. In Outlook: Settings, Accounts, Signatures, New signature, paste. In Apple Mail: Open on its own page, select all, copy, then Mail, Settings, Signatures, +, paste.
Does the animation loop forever?
No. It plays once when the email is opened and then holds on the finished card. The first frame is also the finished card, so inboxes that block animation show the complete signature.
Why is the contact text not part of the animation?
So it stays real text: clickable phone and email, searchable, readable by screen readers, and selectable by the person reading. Only the identity card and the banner are images.
Where do my images live?
Your logo, photo, QR code and motion files are stored by WickBrand at permanent addresses. Signatures pasted into a mail client keep working as long as WickBrand does.
What does "Read my brand" actually do?
It fetches your website and reads the page: the title, the colours used most in the stylesheet, the logo image, a phone number and any social profile links. Nothing is sent to an AI. You can fix anything it got wrong.
Can I use a photo that is on another website?
Yes, paste its address. For the animated card we draw the photo into the GIF only when you upload it, so upload for the best result.
Can I change a signature later?
Build a new one in the studio; it takes a minute. Each signature has its own permanent page. Editing in place arrives with accounts.
Will my QR code keep working?
Yes. "Save my contact" codes hold the contact card itself, not a link, so they work even offline. Site and custom-link codes point where you told them.
